PHG Series

When designing the new tank unit we have listened to our customers . Based on their feedback we have made several improvements.

With a focus on easier access during service and better ergonomics.

As you can see , all the various components in the tank unit are easily accessed and the new unit will be placed on a frame.

Allowing an optimal working height.

There are no connections on the right side of the tank, which means less installation space is required and it is now possible to place the tank unit next to a wall

The frame is fitted with an oil tray that will catch any oil spills

The top hatch can be opened and the top bar easily removed for easier access with lifting devices.

The inspection hatch for the lubrication tank has been fitted with a see-through window , which will make it possible to inspect the oil siv without actually opening the hatch.

Since the air overpressure in the crusher no longer is connected to the tank, it has been fitted with an air fitter to be able to handle the changes in the oil levels.

A level switch on the hydroset tank and the lubrication tank will warm the user when the oil levels are too low.

The pinion lubrication pump has been replaced by a constant flow valve , which diverges a small part of the main lubrication oil flow to the pinion housing .

A flow switch has also been added to indicate a constant oil flow.

A pressure sensor together with a visual indicator shows the user when it is time to change the filter elements.

Altogether the design and features of the new tank unit is the result of a close cooperation between Pascal and our customers.
